Hibiscus Consulting was founded by Shawna Sherman, a business leader and facilitator. With years of practical experience in the business world, an executive master’s degree in business administration (EMBA) from UW’s Foster School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wellesley College, Shawna Sherman founded Hibiscus Consulting to train and coach people who are seeking to transform their lives and their work.
Bringing over a decade of experience in managing corporate business teams, projects and innovations, Shawna fluently translates the business context with her clients to achieve the most valuable results within the personal and interpersonal realms. She uses traditional coaching and facilitation techniques from her counseling background and rites of passage work to meet Hibiscus' clients where they are and engage them in profoundly, meaningful ways.
